【Abstract】 The operating strategy of enterprises can be divided into cost leading strategy, differentiation strategy and centralization strategy. The most outstanding trait of centralization ctrategy is that the enterprises specially serve part of the overall market, intensively concentrate on a certain type of customers or one regional market.
