具有容错控制模型的IVR程序实现
IVR Program Realizing Based on Tolerance-fault Model
【摘要】 通过SUNTEKIPS系统的平台提供,以及基于SUNTEKIPS下的IVR(InteractiveVoiceResponse)交互式语音响应,利用了支持该平台的应用软件设计方法,在程序的实现中采用了线性容错模型。现场调试证明,在IVR中加入语音合成和语音识别软件后,可以实现全程的自然语言连续交谈。并且该方法利用系统提供的二次开发工具开发相应的业务流程供IVR调用,有一定的推广价值。
【Abstract】 The problems of designing the software of the system of interactive voice response(IVR) basing on the SUNTEKIPS is introduced. On the spot, the system realizes the continuous colloquization by the natural language though inserting the software of the voice identify and voice synthesize. At the same time, consumer can record the correlative voice and design the relevant operational course using the exploitational software offered by the system.
