级配组成与沥青混合料体积参数的关系

【摘要】 通过试验与统计分析,探讨了粗、细集料用量之比对其级配组成和体积参数的影响,进而探讨了粗、细级配混合料体积参数及设计沥青用量的差异及其主要影响因素.研究结果表明:在连续级配组成的沥青混合料中,粗、细集料用量之比虽然对各自的级配组成有影响,但主要影响的是细集料的体积结构组成;在设计空隙率相同的条件下,粗级配混合料较之细级配混合料有着较高的矿料间隙率和设计沥青用量;在粗集料用量未超过70%(质量分数)时,沥青混合料通常呈悬浮密实结构.

【Abstract】 On the basis of tests and statistics analysis,influence of proportion of coarse/fine aggregate contents on the gradation and volume parameters were investigated,and then the main difference and influencing factors of volume parameters and designed asphalt content between coarse/fine gradation mixes were further studied.The results show that though the coarse/fine aggregate contents have significant effects on gradations only volume structure of fine aggregate affects the asphalt mixed of continuous gradation;when the condition of designed air voids are equal,voids in the mineral aggregates and designed asphalt content of asphalt mixes with coarse gradation are higher than that with fine gradation,when the coarse aggregate contents don’t exceed about seventy percent,asphalt mixes appear suspension-dense structures.
