温度对CFRP-水泥砂浆抗弯性能的影响

【摘要】 用三点弯曲试验研究了水泥砂浆外贴碳纤维片材后在不同温度下的抗弯性能,探讨了温度对碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)-水泥砂浆抗弯性能的影响.结果表明:在 60,150℃下,CFRP-水泥砂浆的抗弯断裂荷载高于常温值,而在 200,250 ℃下则远低于常温值,其中250 ℃下的比水泥砂浆还低.CFRP-水泥砂浆在 60,150 ℃下的受弯破坏模式为具有一定延性的积累性破坏,而在200,250 ℃时,该受弯破坏模式则转变为脆性破坏,并且CFRP与水泥砂浆间的界面破坏严重.上述研究结果仅对所采用的环氧树脂体系有效.

【Abstract】 The bending properties of cement mortar externally bonded with carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP) sheets at different temperatures were studied by means of three-point bending test. The influences of temperature on the bending properties of CFRP-cement mortar were discussed. The experimental results indicate that when the temperatures are 60 ℃ and 150 ℃ respectively, the bending failure load of CFRP-cement mortar is higher than the bending failure load at room temperature. However when temperature are 200 ℃ and 250 ℃ respectively, the bending failure load of CFRP-cement mortar is far lower than that at room temperature. Moreover the bending failure load of CFRP-cement mortar is even lower than that of cement mortar at 250 ℃. In comparison with that at temperature of 60 ℃ and 150 ℃, when the temperature rises to 200 ℃ and 250 ℃, the fracture modes of CFRP-cement mortar take a turn from accumulation fracture with ductility to brittle rupture. The results are only effective for the epoxy resin system used in the experiment.
