基于相机定标与亚像素算法的二维图像测量系统
Two-dimensional Image Measurement System Based on Camera Calibration and Sub-pixel Algorithm
【摘要】 介绍了一种采用数码相机的二维图像测量系统。提出分别消除透视误差与透镜像差实现精密二维图像测量的完整解决方案,并详细说明了利用标定技术消除成像系统像差以及利用亚像素技术提高系统测量精度的方法。实验结果证明了该方法具有更高的测量精度。
【Abstract】 A two-dimensional image measurement system using digital camera is presented,which puts forward a new approach that removes separately the lineal distortion and non-lineal distortion to meet the requirements of high-precision measurement.Two key techniques in the approach,the method to remove the imaging errors based on calibration technique and the method to raise the measurement precision by means of sub-pixel algorithm,are dwelled on,and the experiment results show that the approach has higher precision.
