DMC-PID串级控制在中药生产浓缩工段的应用
Applications of DMC predictive-PID Control on Concentrate Procedure of Chinese Traditional Medicine
【摘要】 为了克服中药生产浓缩过程非线性、大滞后、强干扰的问题,文章采用DMC-PID串级控制算法,实现了滞后补偿、提高了抗干扰能力。仿真结果和实际运行证明,该控制方案鲁棒性强,具有较好的动态控制性能,适于非线性工业系统的自适应调节。
【Abstract】 In order to overcome the problem of the nonlinearity , large time delay and high jamming in the concentrate procedure of the production of Chinese traditional medicine, DMC-PID cascade control algorithm is applied . Gain the ends: compensating the time-delay , improving the ability of anti -jamming. Simulation result and the running system have shown the proposed approach possesses good robustness property and good dynamic control effectiveness, which is effective for adaptive control of nonlinear system.
