电动助力转向系统的设计与开发

【摘要】 电动助力转向是一种新型汽车动力转向技术。设计了一种采用P87C591单片机控制的汽车电动助力转向系统,给出了系统助力特性曲线,提出了一种简单的回正控制策略,采用模拟PID对电机输出电流进行闭环控制,利用PWM技术控制电机端电压大小达到调节电机电流的目的。试验表明该系统助力跟随性好、响应快、精度高,具有良好的电动助力转向性能,已通过了装车试验。

【Abstract】 Electric power steering is a new power steering technology for vehicles. An electric power steering system controlled by P87C591 microprocessor is designed. Assisted characteristic chart of the system and a simple returning control strategy are presented. The current is closed-loop controlled by analog PID and adjusted through altering the voltage over the motor by the technique of PWM. The results of experiments show the system designed has good following nature, quick response and high precision. The system has been put into practical experiment application and generally has favorable power steering characteristics.
