【Abstract】 The design of a monitoring system is introduced, which is used to monitor the proton-exchange membrane fuel cell’s various performance in real time. The communication program between host computer and S7-200 PLC is realized by applying Mscomm Control. The procedure of programming and skills for data processing are given.
