智能混浊度测量与控制系统的设计
Design of Turbidity Testing and Control System Based on Intelligent Technology
【摘要】 文章介绍采用模糊控制技术,利用Honeywell公司的APMS-10G混浊度传感器,应用VisualBasic和Matlab开发的基于模糊控制技术混浊度测量与控制系统。该系统通过对传感器采集来的混浊度数据进行分析和处理,在专家经验基础上,运用工程实验设计方法确定模糊控制规则库,再根据模糊控制规则库的控制规则,运用Mamdani模糊推理方法得到控制方法,应用动态连接库技术,实现计算机并行口输出开关量进行控制。通过对比实验表明采用该系统的洗涤设备比常用的自动洗涤设备更节省能源。
【Abstract】 An intelligent turbidity testing and control system based on Visual Basic and Matlab is introduced. In this system the turbidity data is analyzed by APMS-10G ish process sensor, according to the expert experience and fuzzy control rule the control method is acquired by fuzzy reasoning. Using the technology of dynamic link libraries, control method is executed by switch quantity outputted by computer LPT. The conclusion that the washing machine used the system is more economy than normal auto one is found.
