【摘要】 整合高等教育资源为西部师范教育的结构性调整和发展提供了新机遇, 但发展中也面临诸多困难和问题,这些问题如果不及时解决,必将导致高等教育资源更为严重的闲置和浪费。因此,国家有关部门应高度重视西部新建师范院校在发展中存在的问题,中央和地方政府应及时出台规范学校发展建设的相关政策,加大经费扶持力度,西部新建高师也要转变办学思路,探索可持续发展的道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The integration of the resources of higher education offers new chance for the structural readjustment and development of normal education in the Western regions of China. The failure in the timely solving of the serious difficulties and problems in the development will surely result in the new waste and even the "new shuffling of cards" of the resources of higher education. Therefore, relevant state departments should attach high emphasis and concern to the study of the existing problems in the development of newly-built normal colleges in the Western regions and both the central and the local governments should work out relevant policies on the regular development of normal colleges in a timely manner and increase financial input in the development. Meanwhile, the newly-built normal colleges in the Western regions must change the ideas and explore the countermeasures for the sustainable development of normal education in the Western regions.更多还原
