【Abstract】 There were millions of refugees who were the weak groups in Hebei Province during the Liberation War. The thesis will narrate how the Communist Party and the Kuomintang took some measures to relieve refugees, and narrate the discrepancy between the two , based on the analysis of lots of files, newspapers and periodicals. From studying refugee relief, we can not only know history better but also draw on the experiences for today’s relief.更多还原
