【摘要】 通过参考国内外有关研究文献、分析部分中小学教师工作压力源作业和访谈内容,经有关专家指导,从136个题目中初步筛选出56个题目作为初测问卷,对165份有效问卷经项目分析形成含53个题目的正式调查问卷,并对210名中小学教师进行调查,将所得资料进行因素分析和信度、效度检验。结果:问卷分压力源和压力反应两部分。压力源部分主要有教育教学改革、学生、学校管理、工作特征、职业发展、身心特征、家庭和社会8个维度36个题目;压力反应部分主要有生理、心理和行为反应3个维度17个题目。问卷信度、效度达到心理测量学指标要求,可以作为测量我国中小学教师工作压力的工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 By referring to research literature concerned at home and abr oa d, analyzing homework and interviews of work- pressure source of part of teach ers in primary and middle schools and guiding of experts, and by selecting 56 s ubjects as primary questionnaire from 136 ones and by investing the 165 valid q uestionnaires with 53 subjects formed by item- analyzing and 210 teachers in pr imary and middle schools, the element of the data is analyzed and the reliabili ty and validity are tested. The questionnaires are classified into two parts: pr essure source and pressure response. The pressure source consists mostly of such eight dimensions with 36 subjects aseducational- teaching reform, students, sc hool management, work character, career development, physical & mental charact eristics, family and society; the pressure response is made up mainly of such th ree dimensions with 17 subjects as physical, psychological and behavior response s. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires meet the standards of psyc hological meterage and can be used as a tool of work pressure of teachers in Chi na’s primary and middle schools.更多还原
