【Abstract】 The educational ideas of three or four hundred years ago have m uc h in common with the new curriculum reform ideas. We don’t lack advanced educati onal ideas. What we are lacking in is advanced educational culture and soil cult ivating advanced educational culture. Owing to the restrictions from conventions , inertia, doctrinairism and subconsciousness, the new curriculum reform still r emains on the surface of educational culture.
