【Abstract】 The enhancement of teaching-management level and the promotion of university management method by means of informationalizing have become a strategic selection to advance the modernization of China’s higher education. The Academic Administration Office of Shanxi University has constructed the comprehensive information service platform of teaching management in the university by using modern teaching method in combination with teaching-management practicality, which has brought the complicated and difficult teaching management into an efficient and scientific orbit.
