【摘要】 目的:阐述便秘是尿潴留的原因之一。方法:通过6例便秘引发尿潴留患者病程及治疗过程观察,并对其中1例大便前后膀胱测压,2例志愿者将水囊置入直肠,水囊注水150ml进行观察,并在水囊置入时,取出后膀胱测压。结果:(1)6例病人直肠内均有干燥便块;(2)经过灌肠或口服泻药排出大便,排尿功能立即恢复;实验者2例直肠水囊注水后出现尿潴留,增加腹压亦不能排尿,放空水囊可立即正常排尿。(3)膀胱测压:便秘尿潴留患者1例解大便前膀胱顺应性增加,容量增加,冷热感觉存在,控制腹压排尿膀胱压力不增高,大便解出后压力曲线完全恢复正常。志愿者2例直肠水囊压迫时、水囊取出后与上述变化相同。结论:便秘是尿潴留的原因之一。人体存在直肠膀胱神经反射弧,便秘可通过该机制引发尿潴留。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objection:To explain that one cause of urinary retention is constipation.Method:To observe the progress and treatment of urinary retention caused by constipation (6 cases).To measure the pressure in bladder before and after defecation (1 case).To measure the pressure in bladder of 2 cases when a balloon filled with 150ml water was put into rectum and after the balloon was taken out.Result:(1) All the 6 cases had dry feces inrectum.(2) All cases micturated immediately after defecation through clysis or taking cathartic drug.Two cases came out urinary retention after watered balloon was put into rectum and urinary retention couldn’t be remission by raising abdominal pressure.But the micturation was recovery after emptying the balloon.(3) The pressure in bladder indicated that the compliance of bladder rose,capacity rose,sense of heat and cold existed,the pressure in bladder didn’t rose when micturation through controlling the abdominal pressure and the press curve recovered normal after defecation.Two experimental cases were the same as the phenomenon mentioned before.Conclusion:Constipation is one of the causes leading to urinary retention.Human body exists the rectum-bladder neural reflex arch and constipation causes urinary retention in this way.更多还原
