【摘要】 目的总结有机磷农药中毒并发精神障碍的相关临床问题,以提高对该并发症的认识。方法对16例有机磷中毒并发精神障碍患者的精神障碍类型、中毒程度、心理社会因素、脑电图的关系等相关问题进行回顾分析。结果并发的精神障碍有类躁狂、兴奋紧张等症候群;中、重度中毒的病人并发精神障碍的比例比较大,占93.75%;75%的病人中毒前受到过不良精神刺激;81.25%的病人表现有脑电图异常。经治疗16例全部治愈,且未见复发。结论有机磷农药中毒并发精神障碍与有机磷中毒程度、不良精神刺激有关,这种病人脑电图异常率较高,一般预后都较良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical materials relative to organophosphorous pesticide poisoning complicated with mental disorders so as to intensify the recognition to its complications. Methods Sixteen cases of organophosphorous poisoning with such complications were retrospectively analyzed on aspects of the types of mental disorders, and its relation with poisoning degrees, social psychological factors and electroencephalograms.Results The types of mental disorders consisted of similarly manic symptoms and excitement-strain symptoms. Higher mental disorder rate appeared among those who suffered from moderate and severe poisoning, accounting for 93.75%. Those who had been psychologically irritated before poisoning occupied 75.00%. There were 81.25% of the cases that showed abnormal electroencephalograms. Having been treated, all the 16 cases were cured without recurrences. Conclusion Mental disorders resulting from organophosphorous poisoning are related with poisoning degree and badly psychological irritation. The electroencephalogram’s abnormal rates of the patients reached higher level, but their prognosis is good.更多还原
