【Abstract】 Green home appliances have become the mainstream of home appliances. What green home appliances are and how to assessment green home appliances are the common concerned issues of consumers and enterprises. Based on the definition of green home appliances, the characteristics of green home appliance are analyzed. The construction rules of assessment index system for green home appliances are discussed and the basic structure of the assessment index system for green home appliances is established.
