环氧树脂/封闭型聚氨酯的微波固化及其力学性能研究

【摘要】 研究了环氧树脂(EP)/苯酚封端异氰酸酯预聚物(PU)体系在交联剂二苯甲烷二胺(DDM)存在下的微波固化过程以及微波功率对固化试样的弹性模量和拉伸强度的影响。研究结果表明,在420W微波照射30min,体系的弹性模量为975MPa,拉伸强度25.7MPa,而同样体系在120℃加热固化6h,弹性模量为952MPa,拉伸强度23.9MPa。由此可见,微波固化不但大大缩短了体系的固化时间,而且具有较高的强度、模量。

【Abstract】 In this paper,detail studies are given to microwave curing of the system consisting of epoxy resin(EP),4,4’-diamino-diphenyl-methane(DDM)and phenol-blocked urethane prepolymer(PU),curing behavior and the mechanic properties such as modulus and tensile strength are inˉvestigated.Discussion is emphasis on the effects of microwave power and curing time on modulus and strength of the system.The results showe that the Modulus and tensile strength of samples irradiated by microwave at420W for30min are975and25.7MPa,Modulus and tensile strength of the system having same composition cured by conventional heating at120℃for6hour are952and23.9MPa.It is obvious that microwave not only enhances the curing rate but improve the modulus and tensile strength of the sample.
