【摘要】 目的比较翼状胬肉的常规切除术、羊膜移植术(Amnioticmembranetransplantation,AMT)及AMT联合自体角膜缘移植术(Limbalautografttransplantation,LAT)对翼状胬肉的治疗效果。方法95例(97只眼),翼状胬患者随机分成3组,分别采用常规胬肉切除术、AMT及AMT联合LAT进行治疗,比较复发率。结果常规胬肉切除组复发率66.67%,AMT组复发率18.18%,AMT联合LAT组复发率0%。3组两两比较,差异有显著性。结论AMT联合LAT治疗翼状胬肉效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study effects of conventional pteryium excision , amniotic membrane transplantation with or without limbal autografts for the treatment of pterygium. Methods 95 patients were qrouped and treated with conventional pterygium, amniotic membrane transplantation (AMT)and AMT with limbal autograft transplantation (LAT). To observe and compare the recurrence rate of each group. Results In the conventional pterygium group, the recurrence rate was 66.67%; In AMT group ,the recurrence rate was 18.18%; In AMT with LAT group, the recurrence rate was 0%. The difference of two recurrence rate in three groups each other was significant.Conclusion The effect of the treatment of AMT with LAT was the best.更多还原
