【摘要】 目的探讨肺癌组织COX-2的表达情况及其与患者临床病理生理特征和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测73例肺癌组织COX-2的表达情况。结果73例肺癌组织中36例表达阳性,其中腺癌尤其是低分化腺癌明显高于其他类型,在肿块大小上无显著差异,在淋巴结转移及肿瘤分期上有显著差异。结论检测组织COX-2的表达情况有助于预测患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase and its relation to clinical pathophysiological features and prog- nosis in lung cancer. Methods The expression of cyclooxygenase was detected in 73 cases of lung cancer tissues. Results The posi- tive rate of cyclooxygenase expression was observed in 36 cases of lung cancer tissues. Adenocarcinoma especially poorly differentiat- ed adenocarcinoma was much higher than the others.There was no difference in the size of tomor of the expression of cyclooxygenase. There was no signifigant difference between lymph node metastasis and clinical stage. Conclusion It may play a role in development of lung cancer, and also may be a prognostic marker.更多还原
