新型平衡式复合齿轮泵结构的优化设计

【摘要】 介绍二惰轮平衡式复合齿轮泵的结构特点,以单位体积质量最小为目标建立数学模型,编制优化设计程序,得出优化结果。优化设计后,样机体积下降28%,达到了优化的目的且优化效果较为显著。

【Abstract】 The structural performances of the balanced compound gear pump with two idlers were introduced.Based on the target of having the smallest mass per unit volume,a mathematical model of optimization was established,a universal program was designed,and the result of optimization of the pump was obtained;the model pump with the optimization design has declined 28 percent in volume,so the target has been met and the effects are notable.
