【Abstract】 In the last years ,a number of models and corresponding analysis on piezoelectric micro-pump have been developed. Still there is room for future work to improve their performance in applications. The paper focuses on the finite element analysis(FEA) of piezoelectric micro-pump with ADINA to determine the essential parameters. Explicit suggestions on modeling of piezoelectric micro-pump for different application requirements have been presented.更多还原
