【Abstract】 Presents a optimal RLC coding and Huffman coding of the JPEG baseline compression algorithm.Exchanging the position of the numbers of zero coefficients and nonzero ac coefficient can ruduce the length of the result of RLC.Using a separate Huffman code table according to the propability of the pairs within DCT blocks can improve the compression rate.更多还原
