【摘要】 目的了解江西省卫生学校在校中专学生伤害的发生频率、流行特征及伤害的主要种类,为预防伤害提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,以班级为单位,在江西省卫生学校46个班共2 900名在校学生中随机抽取14个班共908名学生,回顾调查2004年4月1日~2005年4月1日期间的伤害发生情况,资料采用SPSS11.0统计软件进行分析。结果一年内江西省卫生学校中专学生伤害发生率为28.4%;不同性别、年级、家庭人口数及在家排行不同其伤害发生频率不同;前5位伤害依次为跌倒伤(19.7%)、碰撞伤(15.4%)、烧烫伤(6.8%)、锐器伤(6.1%)、动物咬伤(5.0%)。结论伤害在中专学生中常见、多发,且伤害的主要种类有跌倒伤、碰撞伤、烧烫伤、锐器伤、动物咬伤等。应积极开展伤害的预防与控制,使青少年远离伤害,健康地成长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the incidence,epidemiological characteristics,and main type of injury of the specialized middle school students in Jiangxi Health School,in order to provide the information for preventing the students from injury.Methods A class was set as one unit and 908 students in 14 classes from 2900 students in 46 classes in the school were randomly selected for the experiment.They were investigated historically for their injury situation during April 1st 2004 to April 1st 2005,and a statistical analysis was conducted with spss11.0 software.Results The injury incidence of the students within one year of the school was 28.4%.There was a difference of injury incidence due to different sexes,grades,family member number and different older in family.The first 5 injuries in turn were tumbles wound(17.9%),collision wound(15.4%),burn and scald wound(6.8%),sharp instrument wound(6.1%),and animal bites(5.0%).Conclusion The injury is common and frequent in specialized middle school students,and the main types of injury that influence the student’s health were tumbles wound,collision wound,burn and scald wound,sharp instrument wound and animal bite.So we should carry out effective measures in injury’s preventing and controlling to let the students far away from injury and grow up healthily.更多还原
