【摘要】 目的探讨CerbB-2、PCNA在子宫颈癌的表达及与临床病理因素的关系。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法研究52例子宫颈癌中CerbB-2、PCNA的表达情况。结果:CerbB-2、PCNA的阳性表达率分别为67.3%、50%,其高表达均与淋巴结转移有关。结论:CerbB-2、PCNA的过表达与子宫颈癌的发生、发展有一定相关性,二者可作为评价预后的参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the expression of CerbB-2、PCNA and clinicopathology significance of cervix carcinoma.Methods Using S-P immunohistochemical.CerbB-2、PCNA expressions in 52 case of cervix carcinoma were examined.Results The positive rate of CerbB-2 and PCNA were 67.3% and 50%, respectively. The high expressions of CerbB-2 and PCNA were related with the metastasis of lymph node.ConclusionExpressions of CerbB-2 and PCNA in cervix carcinoma are correlated with the malignant progression and play an important role in predicting the prognosis of patients with cervix carcinoma.更多还原
