随机参数轴盘扭振结构系统动力特性优化设计
DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OPTI- MUM FOR RANDOM STRUCTURES SYSTEM OF AXIS-DISC TORSION VIBRATION
【摘要】 研究具有随机参数的轴盘扭转振动系统动力特性的可靠性优化设计问题。给出在考虑结构材料密度和切变弹性模量为随机变量时,结构系统动力特性数字特征的计算方法,建立以轴和盘的几何尺寸为设计变量,结构总质量均值极小化为目标函数,满足基频或频率禁区可靠性约束的结构系统动力优化设计数学模型,利用复合形法求解。通过算例表明该模型和方法是合理与有效的。
【Abstract】 The problem of dynamic optimization with the reliability constraint of the frequency for the random structures of axis-disc is studied. Considering the randomness of structure parameters (mass density and shear elastic module), the structural dynamic characteristics is analyzed based on probability. The structural optimization design model is developed with the reliability constraints of frequency or forbidden frequency domain, in which the structural dimensions are taken as design variables and the structure weight is taken as objective function. Finally, one example is given, and some conclusions are obtained.
