质子交换膜燃料电池水管理模型

【摘要】 水管理是质子交换膜燃料电池的关键技术之一。建立了包括电极扩散层模型、阴极催化剂层伪均质模型和质子交换膜水传递模型的一维稳态质子交换膜燃料电池水管理模型,得到的电池极化特性与试验结果吻合。在此基础上分析了电池温度和反应气体流量、压力、增湿温度和相对湿度等操作条件对电池性能的影响,为燃料电池发动机系统的仿真、优化和控制提供了一个良好的基础。
【Abstract】 Water management is a key technology of polymer exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC). A one-dimensional, steady-state water management model for PEMFC is established including the overall parts of channels, gas diffusion layers and membrane. And the pseudo-homogeneous model of catalyst layer of cathode is also described. The polarization curve of simulation is very close to the test. Based on the mathematical model, the effects of operating conditions including gas flow rate, operating temperature, pressure, humidified temperature and relative humidity of inlet are analyzed. This model also provides a good base for the simulation, optimization and control of the overall fuel cell engine system.
