常压精馏分离环氧丙烷-甲醇的工艺模拟

【摘要】 利用计算机对环氧丙烷-甲醇混合物进行了常压精馏过程模拟,体系的逸度系数和活度系数分别采用位力方程和 NRTL 热力学模型。分析了理论塔板数、进料位置、回流比、塔顶采出量等操作参数对过程的影响,并得出了最佳工艺参数为:采用45块理论塔板,第37块板进料,回流比为5,可以得到99.5%(质量分数)的环氧丙烷,同时塔釜得到98.2%(质量分数)的甲醇。模拟结果对工业过程的设计和设备改造具有一定指导意义。

【Abstract】 Atmospheric distillation for separation of propylene oxide and methanol was simulated by computer.To provide data for the simulation,the fugacity coefficients and activity coefficients were calculated by Virial equation and NRTL equation respectively.The influence of operation factors such as stage number,feed stage,reflux ratio and distillate rate were analyzed.The optimal parameters of column were proposed:the theoretical total plate number is 45,the raw material is fed at 37th plate, the reflux ratio is 5.A top product of propylene oxide with 99.5% concentration and a bottom product of methanol with 98.2% concentration could be obtaine.These results are useful for construction de- sign and improvement.
