催化加氢法合成2,2’-二氯亚肼苯
SYNTHESIS OF 2,2’-DICHLOROHYDRAZOBENZENE BY CATALYTIC HYDROGENATION
【摘要】 以甲苯为溶剂,w(Pd)=0.8%的 Pd/C 为催化剂,NQON 为助剂,在碱性条件下,对邻氯硝基苯选择性加氢还原制备2,2′-二氯亚肼苯(DHB)进行了研究。较佳的反应条件为:w(NaOH)=20%,反应温度65℃,十二烷基苯磺酸钠用量0.4 g,0.8%Pd/C 用量1.2 g,助剂用量0.08 g,产物质量分数大于95%。
【Abstract】 The synthetic process of 2,2’-dichlorohydrazobenzene(DHB)from o-nitrochlorobenzene by selective hydrogenation in basic medium using 0.8%Pd/C as catalyst,NQON as promoter and toluene as solvent was studied.The optimum conditions were found as follows:w(NaOH)=20%,reaction temperature 65℃,m(sodium dodecylhenzene sulfonate)=0.4g,m(0.8%Pd/C)=1.2g,m(NQO- N)=0.08g,the mass fraction of DHB in the product is above 95%.
