十二烷基硫酸钠对合成4A沸石的影响
INFLUENCE OF SODIUM DODECYL SULFATE ON SYNTHESIZE OF ZEOLITE 4A
【摘要】 研究了阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对以硅酸钠、氢氧化铝、氢氧化钠为原料的水热合成4A沸石分子筛的影响。考察了SDS不同加入量对4A沸石晶化速率、粒度分布及钙交换能力的影响。结果表明,加入SDS可以缩短4A沸石晶化过程中的诱导期,随着反应混合物中SDS加入量的增大,4A沸石的晶化时间缩短,产物粒度减小。
【Abstract】 The crystallization of zeolite 4A systhesized by hydrothermal method from water glass, A1(OH)3 and NaOH in the presence of various concentrations of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was studied. The crystalline-growth curves were obtained, and the distributions of crystal size and the capacity of calcium ion exchange were measured. The results showed that the presence of SDS could shorten induction period of nucleation, increase the crystallization rate and decrease the particle size of zeolite 4A with the increase of SDS concentration.
