基于高速并联机械手的电池质量分拣机设计

【摘要】 结合我国电池企业生产需要,设计了一种基于高速并联机械手的电池质量分拣机。首先进行了可充电电池质量自动分拣机总体方案设计。根据电池分拣布局确定了机构的工作空间尺寸和机构的基本尺寸,进行了机构的详细设计并对机构的动、静态性能进行分析和结构优化设计。在此基础上开发了分拣系统产品化样机。其性能与进口设备相当,而成本仅为进口设备的1/3。

【Abstract】 Combining with the production requirement of battery enterprises in our country,a kind of sorting machine for battery quality based on high-speed parallel manipulator was designed.The general scheme design of automatic sorting machine was firstly carried out on the rechargeable battery.Dimensions of working space and basic dimensions of mechanism were determined according to the sorting layout of battery.The detail design of mechanism had been put up and the analyses on dynamic and static properties of the mechanism and structural optimization design were carried out.Taking this as a base,the prototype of the sorting system that can be produced was developed with its properties fairly the same as the imported facilities,whereas the cost is only one third of imported device.
