【Abstract】 The knowledge of patent technology is an important resource of knowledge for the innovative design of mechanical products.The importance of patent technological knowledge has been reconsidered,and the discount viewpoint of patent technological knowledge has been put forward,and in order to carrying out innovative design for mechanical products how to acquire effectively the patent technological knowledge and to solve the conflicts of patent technological knowledge have been discussed preliminarily.Finally,by the use of a living example of innovative design for internal combustion engine the above stated viewpoint was expounded.更多还原
