基于虚拟环境整体耦合系统的活塞热损伤及可靠性研究

【摘要】 针对活塞设计与可靠性分析中最为基础的热状态分析方法,通过对大量文献的检索,指出了目前的研究方法中所存在的问题,提出建立活塞虚拟环境整体耦合系统的新研究方法,并探讨了该研究方法中所面临的关键技术。虚拟环境耦合研究使得内燃机内部各部件的传热过程有机地联系起来,具有以往独立研究单个零件和过程所不具备的优势,因此,它应是一种具有较好发展前景的研究方法。

【Abstract】 Aimed at the most basal analytical method of thermal state in piston design and reliability analysis, and by means of retrieval of large numbered documents, the problems existed in current researching method have been pointed out. A novel researching method for establishing the integral coupling system under virtual environment of piston has been put forward, and probed into the key techniques faced in this researching method. The study of virtual environmental coupling makes the heat transformation process for various components inside the internal combustion engine related together organically and possesses advantages which does not possess in previous independent research of single part and course, therefore, it should be a kind of researching method possesses rather good developing prospects.
