聚丙烯酸钠分散剂的制备及分散性
Synthesis and Dispersivity of Sodium Polyacrylate as Disperser
【摘要】 以丙烯酸为单体,采用过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发剂,同时亚硫酸氢钠又作为链转移剂制备低相对分子质量的聚丙烯酸。考察了单体用量、引发剂用量、链转移剂用量以及温度对相对分子质量和分散性的影响。并用正交设计对工艺条件进行优化,结果表明,固定丙烯酸单体用量90g不变,过硫酸铵用量5g,亚硫酸氢钠用量4g,去离子水270mL,温度70℃,反应时间3h,在此条件下制得的聚丙烯酸钠分散剂用钛白粉沉降法测定分散性,并与进口分散剂比较,其沉降高度约是进口分散剂的一半,分散性比进口分散剂好。
【Abstract】 Polyarylic acid with low molecular weight was synthesized from acrylic acid monomer using ammonium persulfate as redox initator,sodium hydrogen sulfate as redox initator and chain transfer agent.The effects of amount of monomer, initator, chain transfer and reaction temperature on the molecular weight and dispersivity were examined. The reaction conditions were optimized as follows: based on 90 g acrylic acid monomer,the amounts of ammonium persulfate, sodium hydrogen sulfite, deionized water were 5 ,4 g, 270 mL at 70℃ for 3 hours of reaction time. The sodium polyacrylate prepared had better dispersivity than imported disperser determined by titanium oxide powder method.
