【摘要】 目的:观察补肾清热毒方(简称补清方)对cGVHD狼疮样小鼠模型肾组织细胞Fas的调节作用。方法:将模型小鼠于诱导后第4周,随机分为补清方组(10只),泼尼松组(10只),模型组(6只)及未造模的F1对照组(6只),用药8周后处死,采用免疫组化、Westernblot和RT-PCR技术检测Fas基因转录及其蛋白表达情况。结果:补清方可上调FasmRNA和蛋白水平。结论:补清方治疗LN的作用可能是通过上调Fas,促进细胞凋亡实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine BQR on Fas in kidney of mice lupus nephritis models.Methods:Four weeks after induction of cGVHD lupus-like nephritis, 34 female mice were randomly divided into four groups: BQR group(10), prednisone group(10), model group(6) and control group(6). Mice were treated for 8 weeks before being killed. Immunohistochemistry and western blotting were used for detection of Fas protein. The transcription of Fas mRNA in kidney was examined by RT-PCR.Results:BQR increased the protein and mRNA level of Fas.Conclusion:BQR is effective for the treatment of lupus nephritis probably by facilitating Fas-mediated apoptosis in kidney.更多还原
