表面熔覆铝合金疲劳性能的影响因素

【摘要】 对铝合金试样表面进行激光熔覆处理,分析激光熔覆层的显微组织,并对熔覆试样和基材试样进行疲劳寿命对比实验。结果表明,表面激光熔覆会显著降低材料的疲劳性能,在99%可靠度的前提下,熔覆试样的安全寿命约为基材试样的27%。其主要影响因素有,熔覆层底部的枝晶、重熔区内的缺陷和熔覆层内的拉应力。

【Abstract】 The experiments on substrate material and laser cladding specimens for comparing the fatigue life were carried out,and the factors affecting fatigue properties of the laser cladding layer on the surface of Aluminum alloy were investigated.The results show that the dendrite,micropore and tensile stress in cladding layer are the main factors reducing the fatigue properties.When the reliability is 99%,The fatigue life of laser cladding specimens is about 27% than that of substrate material specimens.
