基于ANSYS的复合材料优化设计技术研究
Applied Optional Design Research of Composites Based on ANSYS
【摘要】 在分析某飞机平尾复合材料结构打样设计阶段的实用优化设计技术特点的基础上,应用ANSYS软件环境,深入挖掘开发了所提供的APDL命令集语言工具,实现了大型参数化结构有限元建模以及诸多复杂状态变量的近似计算,并应用于该结构的优化设计过程。这些技术的开发应用,增强了数值分析模型的通用性,提高了结构优化设计技术的实用性。优化设计结果表明,较初始经验设计重量减轻40%,主梁位置更加合理,并满足该平尾结构的气动弹性刚度性能。
【Abstract】 Based on the feature analysis of applied optimal technologies in the theoretical design phase of a composite horizontal tail-wing, this paper exploits its optimal design environment of ANSYS software system,which applies its APDL-command facilities,and realizes large-scale parametric finite-element modeling of the structure as well as the approximate calulation of many complicated state-variables.The application of the APDL commands broadens the general purposes of the parametric numerical model,and makes it practical to automate large-scale structural optimal design.The optimal design signifies a notable weight reduction of 40% compared with preliminary structure design,and more reasonable major-spars layout with the fulfillment of aero-elastic rigidity requirement.
