【摘要】 针对离散型制造车间的特点,提出了一种启发式调度算法,在保证交货期前提下,使得总的生产周期达到最短,并且设备的平均利用率达到最大。在该算法的数学模型中,对于“时间”进行了细致的描述,讨论了工序间物料转移的“平行顺序逆向移动”方式,并提出了工时变动容忍系数λ、批量拆分次数c等参数,从而更加符合实际要求。在实施应用过程中,对算法进行了扩充和验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, we put forward a heuristic scheduling algorithm, which can minimize the make- span and maximize the use ratio of machines while meeting the due dates. In the algorithm, "time" is described in detail; the lot transfer mode between working procedures is discussed, and some useful parameters are defined, thus it can meet the practical requirements. The algorithm has been extended and proved to be very practical during the implementation.更多还原
