利用Heidenhain平面光栅作数控机床的圆检验
Circular testing for NC machine tool by Heidenhain plane grating
【摘要】 对机床作圆检验常用的仪器是球杆仪,它具有测量精度高,安装方便,测量时间短,不需额外加工测试件等优点,但也存在不能进行小半径测量且仅为一维测量等局限性。本文介绍了德国Heidenhain公司开发的用于测量机床二维运动轮廓精度的高精密平面光栅,对圆检验中的典型误差类型及其来源进行了分析,并对评定圆检验的方法做了阐述,最后给出测试实例。
【Abstract】 Ballbar device is a common device for circular testing of machine tools which has many good qualities such as high precision simple installation short test time and no added parts. However ballbar device is rather limited in its capability to measure small radius contours and is only one-dimensional measurement. This paper presents a two-dimensional measurement device developed by Heidenhain. Typical error types and possible causes from circular testing are analyzed in detail and assess methods of circular tests are introduced. Examples of circular tests are explained at last.
