轴系扭转振动计算方法的研究与分析软件的开发

【摘要】 扭转振动是具有旋转部件的机械系统普遍存在的力学物理现象,研究共振动特征具有重要的现实价值和现实意义。本文研究建立了轴系多分支扭转振动计算模型,并利用VB6.0开发了相应的计算软件,所开发的应用软件具有界面友好、功能完善、操作简便易行、通用性好等特点。为验证模型和软件的正确性,通过应用实例进行验证,结果表明模型和软件是正确可行的,对轴系扭振分析计算有很大的应用价值。

【Abstract】 The mechanical and physical phenomenon that torsional vibration is general in mechanical system with rotary parts, and studying characteristic of dynamic sympathetic vibration has important practical value and significance. This paper establishes the calculating model of the shafting multi-branch torsional vibration and develops the corresponding software by VB6.0. The software has friendly interface and perfect function, which is easy to learn and convenient to use. To proof the model and software proper, they are demonstrated by instances. And the test results indicate that they are right and viable. So the software has great value in calculating shafting torsional vibration.
