塔式起重机起重臂结构和稳定性有限元分析
Jib structure and static analysis of tower crane based on finite element method
【摘要】 对塔式起重机起重臂的建模、约束处理作了探讨,在此基础上利用通用有限元软件ANSYS对QTZ630塔式起重机起重臂进行了稳定性分析,得到了起重臂典型工况下的特征值。其成果对于塔式起重机在设计中就可以模拟实际情况进行稳定性分析,对塔机的设计具有指导和借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 Modeling and restraint treatment of the tower crane’s jib are presented. Based on this method, ANSYS is used to analyze the stability of the QTZ630 tower crane’s jib and characteristic value under the typical operating mode of jib is gotten. This achievement can simulate the actual conditions and analyze the stability of the tower crane in the design process. This method is guiding and useful to the design of tower crane.
