汽车万向节轴铣钻组合机床PLC控制系统的设计
The design of PLC control system of automobile gimbal composite machine tool of mill and bore
【摘要】 通过对汽车万向节轴铣钻组合机床加工零件工艺动作的分析,设计了以日本三菱F2N-48MR为核心的PLC电气控制系统。文中介绍了其硬件组成、软件控制以及控制系统的功能与特点,并说明机床投入运行后,稳定性好、故障率低、生产效率提高。
【Abstract】 On the basis of analysis of the part machining techniques of automobile gimbal composite machine tool of mill and bore Designed the electric control system of mainly by means of Mitsubishi’s FX2N-48MR.This paper introduced its hardware software and function characteristic etc. This machine tool runs not only very well but also has such advantage as jarless low malfunction and high efficiency.
