【摘要】 本文论述了在IMAN系统上,利用IMAN的数据管理、产品配置管理等功能,以及UG的零件族技术、克隆技术和WAVE技术进行汽车覆盖件模具设计的思路与方法,并详细叙述了模具标准件数据库、模架结构数据库的建立以及模面设计过程。

【Abstract】 It mostly expatiates the ways and means of automobile body mould, in which IMAN data management and product configuration function are used. At the same time, UG/part family,UG/WAVE and UG/Clone technology have also been used. In addition, the construction of standard mould parts database, mould structure database and the process of sheet design have been expatiated.
