【Abstract】 CEO comes from U.S.A.,rising abruptly in the whole world. It has po ured new vigor into the modern company. Some famous companies have set up CEO su ccessively in our country. But in our country,《the law of company》and relevan t law have not given CEO a clear identification. The administration structure of the company of native country is in a out-of-balance state,too. And the tied mechanism to CEO is scarce. Finally,the manager resources pool must be strengt hened. So it is doubtful to set up CEO in the companies of native country.更多还原
