浅析中国家族企业管理体制的革新

【摘要】 本文是关于家族企业管理体制的研究。首先对家族企业作了界定,然后对家族企业体制的优势和我国家族企业目前存在的弊端进行分析,在此基础上吸收国外先进企业制度包括西方家族制度的优点,针对我国家族企业的缺陷,分别从企业产权、治理结构和管理制度三个层次提出建议,以期对我国家族企业的成长有所帮助。更多还原
