对氟α-甲基苯乙烯合成研究
Study on Synthesis of p-Fluoro-α-methylstyrene
【摘要】 以氟苯、溴和丙酮为原料,通过溴代反应、Grignard反应,再经脱水反应制得医药中间体对氟α-甲基苯乙烯。讨论了催化剂的选择、试剂干燥与否以及阻聚剂等对反应的影响,最终反应的总收率为65·8%。
【Abstract】 The very important pharmaceutical intermediate p-fluoro-α-methylstyrene was synthesized using fluorobenzene,bromine and acetone as raw materials via bromination,Grignard reaction and dehydration. Factors influencing on the reaction such as selection of catalyst, siccation of used reagents and the polymerization inhibitor were discussed. The final total yield was about 65.8%.
