【Abstract】 The very important pharmaceutical intermediate p-fluoro-α-methylstyrene was synthesized using fluorobenzene,bromine and acetone as raw materials via bromination,Grignard reaction and dehydration. Factors influencing on the reaction such as selection of catalyst, siccation of used reagents and the polymerization inhibitor were discussed. The final total yield was about 65.8%.更多还原
