【摘要】 简要介绍(6S)-5-甲基四氢叶酸的结构和应用。对(6S)-5-甲基四氢叶酸的现有工艺路线做了概述,即以叶酸为原料,通过还原、甲基化、拆分等步骤合成而得。叶酸还原得四氢叶酸,之后经甲基化得5-甲基四氢叶酸,再经外消旋体的拆分得目标产物。最后展望了(6S)-5-甲基四氢叶酸的发展前景。

【Abstract】 The structure and application of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid were briefly introduced. The existing technique route for synthesizing (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid was summarized, i.e. the title compound was obtained using folic acid as raw material, through reduction,methylation, and resolution of racemic (6R,S)-5-methyltetrafolic acid. At first the tetrahydrofolic acid was obtained from folic acid via reduction, then 5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid was prepared through methylation of tetrahydrofolic acid and the title compound was obtained through resolution of racemic (6R,S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid. Finally, the development prospect of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid was viewed also.
