【Abstract】 The optimum conditions for synthesis of ethylene glycol phenyl ether are as follows: the substance ratio of phenol to ethylene oxide is 1.05∶1, the weight ratio of organic base to inorganic base is 1∶1, the dosage of complex catalyst based on bivalent metal ion is 0.5%. Under these conditions the selectivity of ethylene glycol phenyl ether reaches to 99% with chroma of about 50.更多还原
