【摘要】 熊果苷是一种天然存在的物质 ,具有抗菌、镇咳和利尿等功能 ,近年来作为美白添加剂广泛应用于化妆品中。本文介绍了熊果苷的 4种制备方法 :天然产物提取法 ,植物组织培养法 ,化学合成法以及酶转化法 ,并对 4种方法合成工艺的优缺点作了评述。最后指出与酶工程法有着密切联系的转基因微生物生产熊果苷是未来的主要研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Arbutin is a kind of nature products,and the compound is introduced exhibiting some functions, such as antibiosis, codeine and diuresis. Lately, it is widely used in cosmetic as whiten agent. Four techniques for synthesis of arbutin are summarized, namely extraction from nature production, plant tissue culture, chemical synthesis and enzymatic conversion. Meanwhile, the advantages and disadvantages of synthetic technique of the four methods are narrated in brief. Finally, it is pointed out that the producing arbutin using transgenic microbion technique related to enzyme engineering should be the main development trends in the future.更多还原
