利用生物技术协同提取薯蓣皂素
Application of Biological Technique Cooperating withAcidic Hydrolysis in Diosgenin Extraction
【摘要】 介绍了薯蓣皂素的药用价值 ,回顾并展望了我国的薯蓣资源利用情况。总结了薯蓣皂素当前主要的几种提取工艺 ,直接酸水解法、分离法、超临界CO2 流体萃取法以及自然发酵法的现状 ,并分析了几种工艺中存在的问题。重点探讨了生物催化协同水解提取薯蓣皂素的机理 ,优势及其应用前景。
【Abstract】 The value of diosgenin for pharmaceutical use is introduced, the utilization of dioscorea resource in China is retrospected and prospected. Several techniques for extraction of diosgenin are summarized, namely direct acidic hydrolysis, stripping technique, supercritical CO 2 liquid extraction and fermentation. The status quo and problems existing in these techniques are analyzed. The method of biological catalysis cooperating with hydrolysis is emphatically discussed, including its mechanism, advantage and application prospect.
